Why volume
One ad in twenty works. Nobody knows which one.
Share of ad creatives that turn into winners. About one in twenty. The other nineteen taught you something and cost you money doing it.
Motion, Creative Benchmarks 2026 · 578,750 creatives, $1.29B in Meta spend
Half of all ad creatives are retired before day 28. Whatever is working for you now has a shelf life, and it is shorter than the season.

The heaviest hail month in Texas. Storms run March through June, and that is when every roofer in the metro turns the budget on at once.

Try it
Twenty ads. Hold the button and watch.
One left. That is the whole business: you cannot pick it in advance, so you run enough of them that the market picks it for you.
If you start looking in March you are doing that in the middle of the season, against every other roofer in the metro. If you start in October you walk into May with proven ads already running.
Most roofers run the same video for two years because making a new one is a production. Here it is a Tuesday.
How it works
Three photos in. Five ads out.
Send what you have
Photos of a recent job from your phone. A tear-off, a finished roof, your truck. If you want to be on camera, a thirty second clip of you talking.
I write and build
Each ad gets a three second hook, a shot list, on-screen text and one call to action. Your city, your phone number, your work.
You run them
Files land in 24 hours, cut vertical for feed. Run them, kill the losers, keep the winner. Next month you get twelve more.
The five formats
Every batch spreads the risk.
A batch is never five versions of the same idea. Five different bets, so one bad guess does not cost you the month.
Before and after
The damaged roof and the finished roof. Your material, cut tight. The format that sells itself because the proof is the picture.
The problem
The leak, the stain on the ceiling, the storm. Speaks to the homeowner who has not called anyone yet and is still deciding it is real.
Brand spokesperson
You on camera if you will do it. If not, a scripted spokesperson who speaks for the company. Never someone posing as a customer who hired you.
Humor
The controlled risk in the batch. Sometimes it is the one that travels. Sometimes it dies quietly. That is why it is one of five and not five of five.
Premium
For the roofer who wants to look like the established company in town. Slower cuts, quieter voice, bigger ticket.

Straight answers
The usual questions.
I already pay a marketing company.
Most of them make you one video a quarter, because filming is a production. Keep them. This is the creative volume they cannot produce at that pace. Plenty of roofers run both.
I am not getting in front of a camera.
Then you never appear. Four of the five formats have no owner on screen at all. One of the sample companies in the gallery was built that way on purpose.
My photos are terrible.
Three phone photos of a recent job is enough to start. The Fort Worth company in the gallery is the version of this with almost nothing to work from.
Can you do Spanish?
Yes, and written in Spanish rather than run through a translator. Your buyer does not always speak the language you sell in, so ads go out in whichever one the job needs.
Do I own the files?
Yes, once the invoice is paid. Photos and footage you send stay yours, and get used only for your campaigns.
What are you not going to do?
Put words in a fake customer's mouth, or claim a result nobody can check. No invented reviews, no made up numbers, no promise about your lead count. If a figure goes on screen, you supplied it and it is true.

Send three photos. Get one ad free.
Tell me where to reach you and I will send you where to text the photos. One finished ad for your company, built the same way as the six in the gallery, so you can judge the work instead of taking my word for it.
No card and no call needed to get it.
